Return Policy

We aim to please, so if you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly offer an exchange for another item of equal or lesser value.

The product must be returned within 7 days of purchase for domestic purchases, 14 days for international purchases along with the proof of purchase and the product should be in its original condition.
N.B. import tax and duties may be applicable to products shipped internationally in accordance to your country's tax laws.

You will be responsible for any additional charges incurred for customs clearance. Coconsa has no control over these charges and cannot predict what the amount may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Coconsa can’t under value stock or invoice therefore we highly recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.

Coconsa highly recommends that returned goods are sent in an appropriate manner via registered post so parcel can be tracked and also in order to prevent damage during transit. Coconsa will not be held responsible for lost or damaged goods. Upon receipt of the returned item, you will be given a credit note for the purchase value, less the shipping charges. Customers will also be responsible for the cost of returning the item including postage or shipping costs.

FAULTS
In the event where the item purchased is faulty, NOT as a result of wear and tear, but rather due to a manufacturing fault, customers must inform Coconsa via email or phone within 3 days of receiving item and the product must be returned within 7 days for domestic customers and 14 days for international customers.
All returns under 'faulty products' will be assessed and resolved upon receipt of the returned item.

Due to computer monitor settings, photography lighting and computer picture resolutions, there may be minor variations in the actual products compared to what is seen on the website.

Caring For Your Coconsa Bags:

Coconsa bags are made with high quality skins. We guarantee the best craftsmanship in each bag.

Due to the natural characteristics of the animal, sporadically, there may be inconsistencies in markings of the skins. This should never be labelled as imperfections. If appropriate handling and care is given to your Coconsa bag, we have no doubt in saying that it will be with you for many years and can even be passed down to the up and coming generations.

Tips

Avoid exposing your Coconsa handbags to moisture, humidity and water.
In the case where your Coconsa bag gets wet, gently pat it with a soft cloth and allow it to dry, at a room temperature area.
In order not to damage the skin, never use paper towels or harsh cloths, this may scratch the skin.
When your Coconsa bags are not being used: we advice that it is stored in a dry, cool area and always place it in the Coconsa dust bag.
We recommend that you do not apply household chemicals, oils, lotion, or makeup of any kind.

*Coconsa will not be responsible for damages of the bags due to over usage, machine washing or dry cleaning and any regular wear and tear associated with usage of the bags*.
